Viewing & filtering survey responses
Every survey has its own report page where you can track performance, read individual answers, score sentiment and export the raw data.
Opening the survey report
From your Asky dashboard, click any survey to open its detail page. The report combines headline KPIs, a completion funnel, per-question charts and the full list of responses — all updated in real time as new feedback arrives.
Key metrics (KPIs)
The KPI strip at the top summarises how the survey is performing:
- Impressions — total number of times the survey was shown.
- Unique impressions — distinct shoppers who saw it (one per visitor).
- Responses — how many people answered at least one question.
- Response rate — responses divided by unique impressions, as a percentage.
- Completions — people who reached and submitted the final question.
- Completion rate — completions divided by responses.
The completion funnel
The funnel visualises drop-off step by step: from impression, to first answer, through each question, to a completed submission. A sharp drop on a single question is a clear signal that it is too long, unclear or optional fatigue is setting in — shorten or reorder it to recover completions.
Per-question charts
Each question renders the breakdown that fits its type:
- Single & multiple choice — bar chart with counts and percentages per option.
- NPS — distribution across 0–10 plus the computed score.
- CSAT — rating distribution and average satisfaction.
- Yes/No — split between the two answers.
- Open text — a scrollable list of verbatim responses.
- Date — submitted dates listed chronologically.
NPS & CSAT scoring
NPS (Net Promoter Score) groups answers into Promoters (9–10), Passives (7–8) and Detractors (0–6). The score is the percentage of Promoters minus the percentage of Detractors, giving a value from −100 to +100.
CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) is the average rating, often shown as the percentage of respondents who chose a satisfied rating. Both scores update automatically as responses come in.
Filtering responses
Narrow the report to focus on a segment without losing the underlying data:
- Date range — limit to a specific window to compare periods or isolate a campaign.
- Channel — view feedback from a single source: thank-you page, order status, standalone link, POS, one-click email, or headless embed.
KPIs, the funnel and every chart recalculate to match the active filters.
The responses list
Below the charts, the responses list shows individual submissions with their channel, timestamp and per-question answers. Use it to read open-text comments in context and to spot patterns the aggregate charts can hide.
Exporting to CSV
Click Export CSV to download the raw data for use in spreadsheets or BI tools. You can choose:
- All responses — every submission, including partial ones where the shopper answered some but not all questions.
- Completed only — submissions that reached the final question, ideal for clean reporting.
Each row contains one response with a column per question, plus channel and timestamp metadata, respecting any active filters.
